If successful, you will meet with the hiring company. Next, you may be asked to complete a task or assessments (Tripod assessments). With your consent, reference checks with previous employers or colleagues may also be conducted.

What should I do if I don’t receive feedback within the agreed timeline?

We aim to provide feedback to all candidates who participate in the selection process. If you do not hear from us within the expected timeframe, please contact your consultant directly or reach out to Livandas administration at info@livandas.com.

What documents should I bring to a job interview?

For the first interview, no official documents are usually required. However, it’s helpful to have your updated resume, academic certificates, experience letters, and proof of citizenship or work eligibility ready in case they are requested.

What happens to my personal data when I submit my resume to a recruitment agency?

Your data is not automatically stored in our system. Your application allows us to contact you about the position. If you decide to proceed, we will request your consent to store your contact details and CV for the hiring process. Your information will only be kept for future opportunities if you choose to receive such updates.

How should I prepare for an interview?

Many interviews take place online (e.g., via Zoom, or MS Teams). Here are some tips:
